Scotia Surveys Limited provides professional survey services throughout Southwest Nova Scotia, with offices located in Digby, Shelburne and Yarmouth.

Our firm specializes in disputed boundary surveys, as well as performing all other aspects of surveying, including legal boundary surveys, subdivisions and consolidations of lots, location certificates, topographical surveys, boundary line renewals, condominium surveys, construction surveys.  Scotia Surveys also performs assessments for on-site sewage disposal systems  for new construction and subdivisions.

Field surveys are conducted using state of the art Topcon Total Stations, Topcon Hiper Lite+ Real Time Kinematic (RTK) Global Positioning Systems (GPS), and Ashtech Promark II Static GPS. 

Data collected is processed and analyzed through the use of Land Development Desktop (LDD). Plans are then drafted using LDD's AutoCAD system.
